We're a mobile service: we come to you. We don't have a walk-in office, but you can always drop us a message or give us a call.
How fast will you reply? Within an hour during working times: usually within 15 minutes on WhatsApp. Out of hours we read messages first thing the next morning.
Do I need to pay anything to get a quote? No. Quotes are always free, written, and binding for 14 days. No deposit needed to confirm a same-week booking.
Can I get a fixed price rather than hourly? Yes, we prefer fixed quotes. Tell us pickup, drop-off, item list (or photos) and we'll come back with one all-in number. No "extra time" charges.
What payment methods do you take? Bank transfer (preferred), cash on completion, or card via Stripe link. Business accounts can be invoiced with 14-day terms after the first job.
Do you cover outside Oxfordshire? Yes, we run UK-wide regularly. Long-distance moves are typically same-day for one-van loads. Ask for a quote with both postcodes.
