Yes. We carry goods-in-transit insurance covering your belongings from pickup to delivery. We're also a fully registered UK limited company — REDSPEED RIDER LTD.

For small jobs and pickups, same-day or next-day service is often available. For full house moves — especially end-of-month or weekend dates — we recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead.

Yes — full or partial packing service is available as an add-on. We bring boxes, tape, bubble wrap and protective blankets. Let us know when requesting a quote and we'll include it in the price.

For most jobs we take payment on completion — cash, bank transfer or card. For very long-distance or business account work, we may request a deposit. You'll always know the total upfront.

We include ground-floor access and one flight of stairs in our standard quote. Higher floors, narrow staircases or lift restrictions add a small surcharge — we always tell you up front, never as a surprise on moving day.

Yes — flat-pack assembly is a popular add-on, especially for IKEA wardrobes, beds and desks. Add a note when you request a quote so we allow the time.

Yes — we operate 7 days a week, including evenings. Saturday is our busiest day for house moves, so book ahead.

We don't move hazardous materials (fuel, chemicals, flammables), live animals, or anything illegal. Very large items like pianos or safes need specific advance discussion — we can often do it but will need to assess.

Yes — we provide VAT-compliant invoices on request. For regular business customers we offer monthly account invoicing.
